Our stay at the Bremer Bay Resort was enjoyable, but with some notable pros and cons. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, helping us secure a last-minute booking for our orca boat tour. The location is convenient for the tour, being just a short drive away. However, the rooms felt dated and could use some maintenance, and while the dining options were good, we experienced delays in service. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is room for improvement.

While the location was convenient and the restaurant offered fabulous food, the condition of the rooms was disappointing.
